In London, the crew is ours: directly employed, van-badged, trained on how we pack and how we lift. Across the rest of the UK and Europe, we work with vetted partners we name at booking, on a crew model we can stand behind.
One driver per van by default, and help at the van is included on every move. If you need hands beyond the van (multiple floors, a long carry, a lift), that's the Additional Crew add-on, priced for your move.
