    On seven moves where the customer told us both days, HMRC approved the ToR1 in anything from about two days to up to twenty-nine.

  2. London to Switzerland

    A customer picked his van from a photo. Kevin wrote back that his weight limit was the same whichever van arrived, and that the larger the van, the lower its weight capacity tends to be.
