THE PUBLISHED REGISTER

What we can't move

If it's on this list, we can't take it. Telling you now beats telling you at the van. This page is published from our Terms and Conditions, so what you read here is what the contract says.

THREE GROUPS, STRAIGHT FROM THE CONTRACT

Three lists, three different reasons

Our Terms group everything we exclude by why it's excluded: things we won't carry at all, things we carry but can't insure, and things we confirm case by case before loading day. No surprises at the kerb.

WE WON'T CARRY THESE AT ALL

These never go on the van: not by arrangement, not in small amounts. Booking around them now is what stops a refusal on loading day.

CARRIED, BUT NOT INSURED
jewellerywatchesmoneydeeds

These can go on the van, but they travel at your own risk. Carry them with you: it's genuinely the better option, and we'll say so every time.

High-value items can need to be itemised separately on your inventory. Tell us about them when you build your list and we'll tell you exactly how to declare them.

CASE-BY-CASE, BEFORE LOADING

Cordless tools, e-bikes, electric scooters and large power banks all sit here. Tell us in advance and we confirm before loading day, not at the kerb.

Where we do carry them, they're declared on your inventory first, with a charge-state limit for anything lithium-ion. We'll walk you through it.

Published from our Terms and Conditions, section 7.1A, the consolidated exclusions register. When the Terms change, this page changes with them.

BORDERLINE ITEMS

Not sure whether something can go on the van?

Ask us before move day. A borderline item flagged early is a form; the same item found at the border is a delay. We answer document and item questions directly.

ASK ABOUT AN ITEM

A photo and a sentence is enough

Send what you're unsure about and we'll tell you whether it can go on the van, and how to list it on your inventory.

MOVING GOODS, NOT MOVING HOME?

Sending goods to Europe without moving your residence is a different customs regime. We don't currently offer UK to Europe goods-only shipments. If you're relocating, everything on this page applies to you.

CUSTOMS CATEGORIES STAY WITH THE EXPERTS

Whether an item qualifies for a customs relief is never guessed on a web page. Your exact document list is instructed after your quote, route by route.
