1. Program Description:

The MuveOne International European Movers Affiliate Program is designed to promote our European removals services. As an affiliate, you will be promoting our services to potential customers and earning a commission for every quality lead (quotation request) generated through your efforts.

2. Commission Structure:

For every verified and quality quotation request, the affiliate promoter will be entitled to receive a commission of £5 and for every order we received, you will receive a £10 commission. There is no daily promotion limit, and you will earn a commission for each eligible quality lead you generate.

3. Quality Lead Criteria:

In this affiliate program, we define a quality lead as a quotation request that meets the following criteria:

• Authenticity: Quotation requests must not contain fake or invalid phone numbers and email addresses.
• Genuine Interest: The customer must genuinely need or intend to inquire about our services and request a price quotation.
• Customer should request a quote request in your affiliate link page.

4. Commission Payout:

After requesting to claim your payments on your dashboard and upon verification of the quality leads, commissions will be paid out to the affiliate promoter. Please note that commissions will only be awarded for genuine and valid quotation requests.

5. Rejected Leads:

We reserve the right to reject any quotation request that we deem to be fake or not meeting the quality lead criteria. If a lead is rejected, no commission will be awarded for that specific request.

6. Termination of Affiliation:

If an affiliate promoter is found to have consistently generated fake or invalid quotation requests to manipulate the commission system, we reserve the right to terminate their registration with our affiliate program immediately.

7. Compliance with Laws:

Affiliate promoters are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting our services. Unlawful or unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited.

8. Modification of Terms:

MuveOne International European Movers reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Promoters will be notified of any changes, and their continued participation in the affiliate program will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability:

MuveOne International European Movers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the affiliate program.

10. Confidentiality:

Any information shared with affiliate promoters as part of the program is considered confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without our prior written consent.

11. Indemnification:

Affiliate promoters agree to indemnify and hold harmless MuveOne International European Movers from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from their participation in the affiliate program.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from or related to the affiliate program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By joining the MuveOne International European Movers Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from participating in the program.
