Therefore, it is extremely important to diligently complete all the provided forms to avoid any unnecessary charges.

In Order to Initiate Your Removal Service Safely, It is Necessary for You to Complete the Following Paperwork

A clear copy of your ID card or Passport.

Certificate from the local council in Lithuania confirming your residency. Alternatively, if approved by the EU customs agent, you may provide a document stating that you are an EU resident or have intentions to become one. For instance:

  • If you reside with your family in the EU, please request them to fill out and sign this template. Furthermore, please provide a copy of their personal identification document and a utility bill that shows their address.
  • If you are employed in the EU, please provide your EU employment contract document.
