• If you reside with your family in the EU, kindly ask them to complete and sign this template. Additionally, provide a copy of their personal ID and a utility bill displaying the address.
• If you hold employment in the EU, furnish us with a copy of your EU employment contract.
• If you have established living arrangements in the EU, please submit a utility bill in your name and address, or your tenancy agreement, or the property ownership deed.

A detailed packing list, signed by you, containing the value, size, and weight of each item listed. Please ensure all fields are completed as per the MuveOne Insurance Form.

Proof of residence in the UK for at least the past 12 months, such as a UK certificate of residence, council tax bill, or bank statements reflecting your address.

A self-certificate, using the provided template, to inform the customs authorities that the household items being transported have been in regular use at your UK residence for more than six months. Also, state that you have no intention to sell, rent, or pledge them after receiving them at your new location.

Completed ZBefr2 declaration.

A signed authorization granting the customs clearance agent permission to act as your representative. You will receive a blank form from MuveOne after confirming your booking.
