I was very impressed with the service…I was very impressed with the service provided by MuveOne, they were quick to respond and very professional and organised. The driver Pawel was friendly and helpful, he managed to communicate with me in English and we also used Google translate when needed. The communication with his manager was flawless – I got a phonecall the day after pickup to update me on the van’s location and the expected time frame. I also got a text message on WhatsApp the day before the delivery to confirm the van’s location and the exact time for delivery. The van collected my things at 2 in the afternoon Wednesday in Croydon and delivered them near Valencia, Spain around on Friday 3 in the afternoon. Everything was intact and packed the same way as when he left.
