We would have given them 5 stars if they had given us more notice for the pickup. We only got 4 hours to prepare, and we had to ask our family to help us as we were already on our way to Spain. Apart from that, MuveOne team was always helpful and quick to reply when we needed them. The customs clearance was a breeze with their simple paperwork. The price was unbeatable. I moved 30 boxes from London to Berlin with the 5m3 option. The pickup was a bit delayed, but the goods were delivered in perfect condition the next day! I didn’t expect them to be so fast, and I was fortunate I was home to receive them. That’s why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. The driver was friendly and helpful. MuveOne is a reliable option, but you need to be flexible with the loading and unloading times. The 15m3 option gives you more accurate times.
