A certificate from the local council in Slovakia, certifying your residency. Alternatively, if approved by the EU customs agent, you may provide a document confirming your status as an EU resident or your intention to become one. For instance:

  • If you reside with your family in the EU, kindly ask them to complete and sign the enclosed template. In addition, please ensure to include copies of their valid personal identification documents, such as passports or driver’s licenses, as well as a recent utility bill that clearly displays their current residential address.
  • If you are employed in the EU, please submit your EU employment contract.
  • If you have made living arrangements in the EU, please furnish a utility bill in your name and address, or your tenancy agreement, or the property ownership deed.
